We do our best to make sure that all orders are packaged appropriately for shipping. The postal service has a good track record for getting packages to you, but there is always a chance that your items won`t reach you. There is also a 0.60 charge on all total orders for delivery confirmation. That way you can track your package while it`s on the way to you! Choose the appropriate shipping insurance amount based on the total dollar of your order. The amount will be added to your order. I apologize for this not being in the same area as the shipping charges, but my website provider does not have this option available at this time.
